representative s not available, use the email feature within the Live Chat box and we will
respond within 24 hours.

Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.
We verify all credit card payments with a courtesy phone call within 2 business days
of your order. A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank.
Although a debit card may appear much like a credit card in that it may display a
credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, there are important differences
from a credit card. A charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account.
The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit
card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify
you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

Checks: We accept checks only. Please note that orders will be processed
only after the checks have been received and cleared in our bank.

All new accounts will need to pay via credit card, bank wire or check before an order can be shipped. Credit terms will be given to select accounts. Contact us to apply for credit terms. Once your account is approved, you will receive an open balance statement by the end of each month. Any dispute with an account statement must be made within 30 days of the statement date.

Approved Credit Term Accounts: All credit-approved accounts are given either Net-30 or Net-60 day payable terms. Past due invoices will incur a 2% service charge per month.


  1. Place an order on FJP and receive an email confirmation.

  2. All orders will be charged for shipping and insurance. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically on the shopping cart based on the value of the order, method of shopping (Next Day Air, 2nd day Air, Ground, etc.) and the shipping address.

  3. We work with both FedEx and UPS for all domestic shipments.

  4. We normally Ship Complete orders. If you would like us to Ship ‘As Available’ please let us know.
